WebEsencial offers browser-based image processing tools, including compression, format conversion, resizing and cropping. All services are provided free of charge at the basic level and processing occurs entirely on the user's device.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Using the Site to process images that infringe third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Processing images containing illegal material, child pornography or hate-inciting content.
  • Attempting to overload, hack or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
  • Using automated tools to access the Site in bulk without express authorization.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, design, code, logos) is the property of WebEsencial or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The files you process with our tools are and remain your property. We claim no rights over your content.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebEsencial is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to files during processing.
  • Interruptions in service availability.
  • Processing results of lower quality than expected.
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the Site available 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Modifications to the terms
